For over a decade, I founded and operated a
10,000 sq. ft. cultural and community arts center in downtown Montreal. The
space served as a creative hub for artists, sustainability, spirituality,
events, and an educational workshop space. Due to the uniqueness of the venue, it
attracted global clients as a thriving destination location.

For nearly 10 years, 7 days a week, almost 24/7,
the center welcomed 50–100 people per hour, becoming a home to more than 20,000
clients. I've facilitated almost 5000 events- and counting. I've also been attending and organizing underground music festivals since the 1990s

The center became a cornerstone for underground
music festival organizers to organize their events across Eastern Canada as
well. The events hosted gatherings of 2,000–4,000 attendees per event. It also
served as a destination for international healing practitioners and a central
hub for organizers, offering an atmosphere unlike any other in the city. Its
uniqueness and accessibility made it an iconic space for arts, culture,
sustainability, and positive expression. Comparable to the CBGB in New York, this space birthed a culture, a music scene, a diverse space and a total disruption in music culture. Today, these types of events thrive and host hundreds of thousands of people annually. The organizers are still organizing, and the art lives on (globally)

The son of Italian immigrants, Cuomo rose from humble beginnings in Queens, New York, to become one of the most eloquent voices for working families in American politics. He championed education, civil rights, and economic fairness with the conviction that government should serve as a moral instrument — a means to uplift rather than divide.

The 2003 Hamilton municipal election was held on November 10, 2003, to elect municipal officials in Hamilton, Ontario. On election day, Hamiltonians elected a mayor, 15 city councillors, and trustees for the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board, Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board, Conseil scolaire Viamonde, and Conseil scolaire catholique MonAvenir.
Larry Di Ianni was first elected to Stoney Creek city council in 1982, where he served until the 2000 amalgamation of Stoney Creek into Hamilton. He then served as a Hamilton councillor until November 2003. Di Ianni's major policies included the completion of the Red Hill Creek Expressway, business tax reduction, airport development,[2] improving relations among the amalgamated municipalities, and obtaining additional social service funding from the more senior levels of government.
Construction
When Hamilton began construction of the expressway project, opponents began physically obstructing the construction of the project. Access roads were blocked, trees in the path of the roadway were occupied.[14] Members of the Friends of the Red Hill Valley and Six Nations Confederacy camped out in the valley. Construction was halted while Hamilton fought a legal action launched by the Six Nations. Hamilton proceeded with legal action against the other occupiers. Eventually, the Six Nations entered into a partnership with Hamilton to manage the remaining green space.[15] A Hamilton municipal election was held in 2003, and the pro-expressway candidate Larry Di Ianni won the mayorship over expressway opponent David Christopherson.[16] Construction restarted in earnest with grading contracts in 2004.[17] The squatters were removed,[18] and full-time security guards patrolled the site during construction.[19]
